No Eyes Publishing LLC respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone at any time.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is and will always be safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping may take between 15-20 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take up to 45 days to arrive.

Some carriers have weight limits, which will prevent certain shipping methods from being available for orders of larger quantities.

Please note that we are unable to offer more than one reorder for an order using International Mail or Priority Mail.

International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.

Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. No Eyes Publishing cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.

Packages shipped to military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping. Express shipping cannot be used. To ensure your order is sent via USPS, make sure the country chosen at the shipping step is the United States of America.

Please note that we do support shipments addressed to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America. Select the option that best fits your Armed Forces shipping destination.

When choosing Mail for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, the estimated arrival time will take at least 15 – 17 days for Transit. If the transit time exceeds 17 days, the mail order may be eligible for a reorder at the discretion of No Eyes Publishing Support Staff.

Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday.

RETURNS POLICY

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, No Eyes Publishing LLC is happy to provide a replacement order. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date at [email protected].

REFUNDS

All refunds, once approved by management, will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days.
